To view details of the application including the planning decision, important dates and contact details, click on the planning application link. The summary will show you the planning decision and other information.

To view the documents, click on the documents tab and then on the "view document" link against the relevant document you wish to view.

When is the planning application online service available?

We aim to make the service available at all times. If you experience any problems please contact ICT services.

Documents and file types

Most of the files in the 'Documents' section for each application are Adobe Acrobat .pdf files, or image format such as '.tif' or '.jpg'. Other files may be saved in Microsoft Office formats.

If you do not have software that is capable of reading these files, please try searching on the internet. For example, searching for 'doc reader' will find software that can read Word documents saved on the system.

If you still have problems opening files, please contact us as we might be able to save the file again in a different format or email it to you.

What planning search facility do you use?

The Council uses Idox's Planning Access Module (version 1.7.1) for our planning search facility.
