Waste Collection Service Disruption

What to do during adverse weather conditions:

In icy conditions, the contents of food bins can freeze and become stuck inside the bins. In these circumstances, the crews may be unable to empty your bin and we would ask that you re-present your bin on the next scheduled collection day. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. 

During severe weather conditions, please continue to put your bin and/or clear sacks out on your scheduled collection day by 7am and the crews will collect as soon as possible. If your bin and/or clear sacks have not been collected by the end of the day, please leave them out as the crews will be working to catch up as soon as the conditions improve.
