Bulky Waste Collection

Bulky Waste Collection

Braintree District Council's bulky waste collection service is provided by Tendring Reuse Employment Enterprise (T.R.E.E.)

T.R.E.E. is a charity working in partnership with Braintree District Council and is committed to the reuse of furniture and electrical equipment.

Is it reusable?

If you believe your item can be reused, T.R.E.E. are looking for donations of good quality furniture, including Wardrobes, Chests of Drawers, 2 & 3 Piece Suites, Sofas, Tables & Chairs. Items must meet the following requirements:

  • Good clean condition, with no damage
  • Has a fire label (any soft furnishings)
  • Less than 10 years old

At T.R.E.E.’s discretion, they can arrange a free view & advise of the item, and if the collection team on the day believe the item can be reused, they will take it away free of charge. Call today to speak to T.R.E.E. about collection of reusable items, or visit T.R.E.E.'s donation page for more information.

(This is a separate service run by T.R.E.E. and may change or be withdrawn at any time)

Book a collection

If your items are not reusable, you will need to book a Bulky Waste Collection.

Please contact T.R.E.E. on 0125 58 07 383 to arrange your bulky waste collection or visit the T.R.E.E page for more information.
