If you would like to purchase your own home but need some help to get on to the property ladder, check out the Help To Buy website or call 03333 214044 to find out whether you might be eligible for one of the Government schemes.

To get help, you need to be approved by Radian Homes, the Help to Buy Agent for the South of England. Find the list of Help to Buy properties.

Whether you are looking to get onto the housing ladder or move up it, there are a number of Help to Buy products designed to make buying a home more affordable, including:

  • Equity Loan
  • Shared Ownership (part-buy part-rent)
  • Older People’s Shared Ownership
  • Home Ownership for people with Long-Term Disabilities
  • Rent to Buy
  • Intermediate Rent
  • Mortgage Guarantee

If you are Regular Service Personnel the government set up a scheme to help you with the cost of buying a home.  The scheme has been extended until the end of 2022.  For more information read the Forces Help to Buy scheme or call 03333 214044.
