Housing Assessment Service – Temporary Service Update
The Housing Assessment Team is currently operating with reduced officer capacity. We remain committed to continuing to assess housing applications and to responding to customers as effectively as possible within corporate timescales.
At present, we are experiencing a high volume of customer contact via the Gateway to Homechoice client messaging system and email. Officers are prioritising enquiries and applications based on urgency and need.
We appreciate your understanding while we manage demand and continue to deliver our statutory duties.
