Am amenity garden plan shows the area of amenity of each dwelling in a proposed development.

You need to submit an amenity garden plan if your proposal is for:
- a major development
- new dwellings
Your amenity garden plan must:
- show the area of amenity for each dwelling clearly
- comply with the garden size standards stipulated in the Essex Design Guide
Your amenity garden plan can be an overlay on your site plan.
