Planning validation

Our planning validation checklist list combines the National Validation List and our approved Local Validation List. 

The National Validation List applies to all planning applications in England, and the Local Validation List only applies to applications you submit to us. We updated our Local Validation List in February 2020.

You can ask us for a copy of our approved Local Validation list.
