At a meeting of Full Council on the 22nd July 2019 it was agreed that the Bradwell with Pattiswick Neighbourhood Plan should be “made” and become part of the Development Plan for Braintree District.

Bradwell with Pattiswick Parish Council are undertaking a review of the Neighbourhood Plan.
The Parish Council have undertaken a Regulation 14 Consultation of the draft Bradwell with Pattiswick Neighbourhood Plan. The consultation ended on 26th March 2025.
SEA/HRA Screening and Determination
The Draft Bradwell with Pattiswick Neighbourhood Plan has been screened to determine whether a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and or a Habitats Assessment (HRA) are required.
