Gosfield Parish Council are undertaking a Regulation 14 Consultation of the Draft Gosfield Neighbourhood Plan. The consultation has been extended and now ends on 3rd January 2025

A Neighbourhood Area application was submitted to Braintree District Council by Gosfield Parish Council for the parish of Gosfield in March 2021 under The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended. The application was approved on the 19th March 2021.
The decision was made on the basis that the applicant was Gosfield Parish Council, who as parish Council are a relevant body, and the area applied for was the whole extent of Gosfield Parish.
