Report a bin that appears to have been left behind or unused for an extended period. Report if a vehicle has been left unattended for a long time. Report issues such as nuisance to us, or contact Essex Police or your housing association. Report if your scheduled waste collection has been missed. Report if you find human or animal fluids that need proper cleaning. Report if you see shattered glass that could cause injuries. Report damage to property in public spaces, such as bins, walls, fences or any other structures. Report if a dog has attacked, acted aggressively, or poses a risk to public safety. Report if you see deceased animals in public spaces. Report if you see dog waste left in public areas. Report any drainage issues or flooding concerns, and track any existing enquires. Report if you notice illegal dumping of waste in unauthorized locations. Report if you see unauthorized writing or posters on public property. Report any overgrown or obstructive greenery such as trees, grass or hedges. Report issues such as bodily fluids, broken glass, dead animals and needles. Report if there is excessive artificial light disrupting the environment or night sky. Report if you see someone discarding waste improperly in public areas. Report if you find a dog wandering without an owner. Report if you find discarded syringes that pose health risks. Report if there is unwanted or excessive noise disrupting the peace. Report if a vehicle is parked in a way that blocks access or creates a hazard. Report if a dog waste bin is too full and causing hygiene issues. Report if you notice violations of planning regulations. Report issues such as faded lines, damaged kerbs or potholes. Request a replacement grey or food bin if yours is lost, damaged or missing. Report the location of individuals sleeping rough so support services can be notified. Report roadworks or traffic issues, or view the live works map for updates within the district. Report different types of nuisance, such as smoke from bonfires, chimneys, or commercial activities. Report any issues with street lights, traffic signals or signs. Report if there are issues with street names or house numbers. Report issues such as overflowing or abandoned bins, loose recycling sacks, or any waste spillages.
