Adoption of Braintree District Local Plan 2013-2033 North Essex Authorities’ Shared Strategic Section 1 Plan
We have formally adopted the Braintree District Local Plan 2013-2033 North Essex Authorities’ Shared Strategic Section 1 Plan (hereafter the ‘Section 1 Plan). This decision was made at the meeting of the Full Council on Monday 22 February 2021.
The North Essex Authorities have received the Inspectors Report and Schedule of Main Modifications for the Section One Joint Local Plan. These documents and a covering letter are available to download:
NEA021a&b -These documents set out the responses from the NEAs’ consultants, LUC, to comments received during public consultation on the Sustainability Appraisal of the proposed main modifications, and on the updated Habitats Regulations Assessment. The documents have been prepared at the Inspector’s request. He is not inviting comments on them.
