The Procedural Guide for Local Plans has been updated
Regulation 24 Notification December 2018: The Examination hearings opened on 16 January 2018 at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Regulation 24 Additional Hearing Notification: An additional hearing session for Matter 1 was held on Wednesday 9 May 2018 at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, beginning at 9.30am. Regulation 24 Notification November 2019: Further Examination hearings will open on 14th January 2020 at the JobServe Community Stadium, (Formerly Western Homes Community Stadium) beginning at 9.30am. Braintree District Council, Colchester Borough Council and Tendring District Council submitted their Local Plans to the Secretary of State on the 9 October 2017.
