You can report your missed absorbent hygiene products (AHP) collection from 4pm on the collection day until 4pm on the next working day.
If you report your missed AHP collection within this timeframe, we will arrange for it to be collected within two working days.
Please ensure your AHP sacks are left at your usual collection point.
