We hold records of all burials and cremated remains interments within Braintree District Council managed cemeteries since 1856.
You can contact us if you want to find out about an interment in our cemeteries.
We can supply you with:
- the cemetery
- the name of the deceased
- their grave number
- the date of death
- their age when they died
- date of burial
- the location of a grave in the cemetery
You can arrange to meet a member of the Cemetery team on site to view the grave location. We do not charge for this service.
We cannot disclose information about the owner of an Exclusive Right of Burial grant.
