For residential bookings
We charge £75 to treat rats which covers four visits:
- on visit 1 we assess pest issue and lay bait boxes
- on visits 2 and 3 we review the situation and top up the bait boxes
- on visit 4 we remove the boxes
You will need to have your card details to hand in order to make a booking.
If we can’t carry out the treatment when we arrive at your property, we will charge a call-out fee of £31.
Residential Treatment Contracts
We can also offer householders pest control contracts. Should you wish to enquire about pricing for us to provide ongoing treatment to your property/grounds, please contact us on 01376 552525 and ask to speak to our pest control officer, or email phandh@braintree.gov.uk We can provide you with a free quotation for this service, specifically tailored to your own property.
For bookings at commercial or landlord owned properties
We charge £309 to treat rats which covers four visits: (£433 for properties located outside of the Braintree District)
- on visit 1 we assess pest issue and lay bait boxes
- on visits 2 and 3 we review the situation and top up the bait boxes
- on visit 4 we remove the boxes
We charge £96 for each per additional visit.
You will need to have your card details to hand in order to make a booking.

If we can’t carry out the treatment when we arrive at your property, we will charge a call-out fee of £71. (£99 for properties located outside of the Braintree District).
