Kryshia Fuller, Community Development Officer at Braintree District Council said:  “Our aim is for the Braintree District to become a dementia-friendly community so we want to give people a greater understanding of what it is like to live with dementia and provide support to people with dementia and their carers. It is important to know that with a little help from the community, people can live well with dementia.”

Church Lane Surgery in Braintree has also recently joined as a member of the Braintree District Dementia Action Alliance.
