Will the Council be providing information about how to use the new bins? |
Communicating all aspects of the changes will be clearly shared with residents, Councillors and other partners. Information will be provided in a clear, simple manner. It will be shared in various forms and on various platforms i.e. website, social media and also in paper form, throughout the months leading up to the new service commencing. |

Will residents be given a recycling calendar and will it be a paper version? |
A calendar will be produced to support residents with the upcoming changes. In year one, a paper copy will be provided to all residents, this will make part of a pack all residents will receive in May 2026 before the new service starts in June 2026. |
