Booking our bulky waste service
Before you book
Before making a booking, make sure you have read our:

We are currently receiving a high number of bulky waste booking requests.
Appointments are available up to 90 days in advance.
If no appointments are shown when you try to book, all available slots have been taken.
New appointments are released regularly on a rolling basis. If you cannot find a suitable appointment, please check again later as more slots may become available.

After making a booking
Once we have accepted your booking, we will email you confirming the collection details, if you have given us an email address.
On the day of collection, items must be placed at the boundary of your property by 7:00am, where household waste is normally presented, and positioned so they are easy to access and visible from the road.
Cancel a booking
If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact us by 2:00pm at least two working days before the scheduled collection date. If you are eligible for a refund an admin fee of £9.50 will be retained from your original payment.
