Online promotional film up for grabs to help businesses

Enter competition for chance to win fab prize

Businesses in the Braintree District have the chance to win a promotional online film to showcase their work.

The competition, which first launched on Small Business Saturday at the beginning of the month, has already seen a number of businesses from the district enter.

Danielle Putt, Economic Development Officer at Braintree District Council, said: “We know how important web promotion is to modern businesses and that’s why we wanted to offer this fantastic prize. We can’t wait to find out who wins and to see the finished product.”

Cllr Tom Cunningham, Cabinet Member for Economic Development and Infrastructure, said: “The brilliant Essex-based production company Starr Brothers Films will make a promotional online film to showcase the work of one lucky local business and we’re thrilled to be able to offer this brilliant opportunity. I’d encourage all businesses to get involved.”

For a chance to win the prize all businesses have to do is visit Braintree District Council on its social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn), tag the name of their business and state why they like doing business in the Braintree District in the comments of any of the Small Business Saturday film competition posts.

The competition closes on Friday, January 10th 2020.

One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries on Monday, January 13th.
