Pay by phone
You can pay your Council Tax at any time on our payment line using most debit and credit cards.
You need to call: 01376 557894
We don’t accept American Express.
To pay by phone, you will need:
- your Council Tax account number from your bill
- to know the amount that you need to pay
- your card details, including the card number, CSV number, and start and expiry date
Your instalments are due on the first of the month. You must pay by phone so your payment reaches us on time. We will take recovery action for late payment.
