Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2024 – 2029

We are now consulting on our draft Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy, which will guide our approach to tackling the issues surrounding homelessness and rough sleeping until 2029.

The consultation will run from 5 February until 5pm on 1 April 2024.

The consultation period is an opportunity for interested parties from across the public and private sectors, and especially organisations that work directly with rough sleepers and those at risk of becoming homeless, to express their views on the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2024 – 2029 by means of an online survey, face to face discussions, and email feedback.

The online survey will be available for the full consultation period from 5 February 2024 until 1 April 2024.

We would like to know what priorities are most important to you, so the survey has been designed to give everyone with and interest in the strategy the opportunity to contribute.

Have your say

We would like to know what priorities to tackle homelessness and rough sleeping are most important to you. Anything you tell us is useful so please answer as many questions as you like, in as much or as little detail as you like. You do not have to answer every question.

Your feedback will be used to inform the final version of the strategy which is set to be approved in May 2024.
