Hearing for Towerlands, Braintree

About the hearing

The Planning Inspectorate has received a planning appeal relating to a site at Towerlands, Panfield Road, Braintree.

The appeal is against the Non-determination of an application for outline planning permission, for the erection of up to 150 dwellings with access to be considered at ‘Towerlands Park Phase 2’. The appeal has been made by Parker Planning Services.

The Secretary of State has appointed a Planning Inspector. 

The Hearing will start at 10:00am on 11 March 2024 to determine this appeal.

All representations sent during the assessment of the planning application and appeal stage will be taken into account by the Inspector and re-stating the same points won’t add any additional weight to them.

If you feel that taking part in the Hearing is right for you in whatever capacity, you can participate in a number of ways.
