Masterplan - Land North-East of Witham (in Rivenhall Parish) off Forest Road
The Core Strategy (now superseded) identified Strategic Growth Locations to act as a focus for future development in the District. In each case, the Core Strategy required Masterplans to be prepared, to set a framework for future planning applications.
