Braintree District Council’s planning committee will consider the application for the Manor Street development at a meeting on Tuesday, 12th March at 7.15pm.
The Manor Street project is the redevelopment of the area behind the Town Hall. The scheme consists of a Travelodge, a new Live Well Hub, a pharmacy, 35 homes, a new and modernised bus interchange, a café overlooking new public realm and a twin-level car park.
