You need to email your application form to us and contact our Licensing team to pay the fee. You will also have to send a copy of the entire application to:

If we do not issue a licence, you can appeal to the Magistrates Court.
Fees
The fees for a Sex establishment licence are:
- Initial grant of a licence £1,520.00
- Licence renewal £562.00
- Transfer a licence £235.00
