Waste management portal
The sign up period for garden waste collections 2025/26 has now closed.
When you subscribe online, our auto-renew feature will be enabled, so you won't need to remember to renew each year. Alternatively, you can subscribe by calling customer services at 01376 552525.
You can cancel auto-renewal anytime by going to the “My subscriptions” tab in the Waste Management Portal and selecting “Cancel auto-renewal”.
