An email address, full name, address and secure password are required to register for My account. Registration will be completed once you have verified your email address.

After verifying your account, use your email and password to log in. Your dashboard provides access to the waste management portal, open portal, email newsletter subscription, preferences, and allows you to update your personal information, password, and view your existing cases and online forms. More services will be added as they become available.

I no longer have access to my email address

If you can access My account, update your email via 'change your details'. If you can't, create a new email account and let us know your old account is inactive.

I have forgotten my password

Click 'problems signing in?' to recover your account. Enter your email to get a reset link. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or retry. Contact us for further assistance.
