You can check your council tax balance and register for e-billing
You will need your Council Tax account number from your bill to check your balance.
To check your balance:
- use the link to access our online payment system
- select Council Tax
- enter your Council Tax account number
Your balance will be displayed on the page before the payment screen, in the field, where you input the amount you wish to pay.
Using an apple device
If you use an apple device, you may not be able to connect to the website. If this happens, you can fix this by clearing your cache.

You can also register for Open Portal which gives you access to your Council Tax bill online.
