To help you find this information quickly we regularly publish data for the information we are most commonly asked for.
List of properties
We published our complete list of business properties including reliefs on 19 January.
With regards to the column start date- this will be the first day of the new financial year OR the actual start date of the current liable person if this date is after 1.4.24.

The complete property list of non-domestic properties including reliefs includes:
- the property reference number
- the property address
- a description of the property
- the rateable value
- the billing name address
- the liability start date
- if the property is void or occupied
- any reliefs against the property
We list the relief types shortened text as follows:
- Mand relief; where we have granted mandatory relief
- Dis relief; where we have granted discretionary relief
- Top up; where we have applied the top up element
- CASC; where we granted relief to a charity, community, or amateur sports club
Accounts in credit
We publish a list of all business accounts in credit at the time we generate the data.
This data changes daily as businesses constantly update their accounts.
The complete property list of business accounts in credit includes:
- the party liable for the business rates
- the property address
- the property reference number
- the rateable vale
- the year
- the current balance
