What happens next?
We’re at Regulation 18 (Preferred Options phase) – an early consultation stage where we ask for your views on draft policies and proposed development sites.
After this stage, a revised version will be published for another consultation (Regulation 19) which we expect to be later this year. Then the plan goes to an independent Inspector for examination before adoption in June 2027.
