This form expires after 20 minutes of inactivity. If you want to save your progress as you go along you will need to sign in before you start.
Before you start:
- You can only apply for street naming and numbering if you own the property
- If you do not own the property, you will need to send us the owners written permission that you are acting for them.
You must pay the fee online to complete your application.
After you make your application:
- We will send you an email confirming your payment
- We will let you know if your application has been approved
- We will notify the relevant bodies of new addresses
