Hearing for Land East of Braintree Road, Tye Green

About the hearing

The Planning Inspectorate has received an appeal against an application for planning permission relating to a site at Land East of Braintree Road, Tye Green.

The appeal is for outline planning permission with all matters reserved apart from access, for the residential development of up to 35 dwellings (including 40% affordable housing), with vehicular access, areas of landscaping and public open space.

The Secretary of State has appointed a Planning Inspector (T Bristow BA MSc MRTPI AssocRICS).

The hearing will start at 10:00am on 07 February 2023 to determine this appeal.

The event will take place at the Braintree District Council offices at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB.
