Braintree District Community Safety Partnership (CSP) secured funding for Braintree from the Essex Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner’s Office and their Safer Streets Fund. The funding has a focus on reducing Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG), neighbourhood crime and anti-social behaviour.
Our CSP previously secured Home Office Safer Streets funding in 2022 for Witham and in 2023 for Halstead. Surveys were launched as part of the Witham and Halstead Safer Streets programmes and another survey will be launched as part of the Braintree Safer Streets programme.
