Do you want Braintree District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Earls Colne to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?
- Applications to be included on the register of electors for this referendum must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer, Causeway House Braintree, Essex CM7 9HB no later than 23:59 on Tuesday 17 June 2025.
- Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, Essex, CM7 9HB by 5 pm on Wednesday 18 June 2025.
- Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, Essex, CM7 9HB by 5 pm on Wednesday 25 June 2025.
- Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of physical incapacity, where that physical incapacity occurred after 5 pm on Wednesday 25 June 2025, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, Essex, CM7 9HB by 5 pm on Thursday 3 July 2025.
