About the inquiry

The Planning Inspectorate has received planning appeals relating to a site at 55 Sportsmans Lane, Hatfield Peverel.

The appeal is against the refusal of an application for a Certificate of Lawfulness (Existing Use), and an enforcement notice. The appeal has been made by Mr Wayne Stanley.

The Secretary of State appointed a Planning Inspector. 

The Inquiry will start at 10:00am on 01 February 2024 to determine this appeal. Arrangements relating to additional days for the event will be discussed on the first day, however it is likely the event will also take place on 02 February 2024 and 15 February 2024.

All representations sent during the assessment of the planning application and appeal stage will be taken into account by the Inspector and re-stating the same points won’t add any additional weight to them.
