The Planning Inspectorate has received 3no. appeals against applications for planning permission and listed building consent submitted relating to a site at Stanton’s Farm, Witham Road, Black Notley.

The appeals are for the following forms of development and works:

Conversion and restoration of barn to southwest of farmhouse to ancillary domestic use

The Secretary of State appointed a Planning Inspector. 

The hearing will start at 10:00am on Tuesday 09 August 2022 to determine this appeal.

The event will take place virtually, using Microsoft Teams.
