Route 3 collection calendar iCal downloads

You can add your personalised bin collection dates directly to your digital calendar using our iCal downloads. These files automatically populate your calendar with your scheduled collections, helping you stay up to date and avoid missing a collection.

How to use iCal files

1. Choose your preferred digital calendar

Each route has four download options:

• With or without garden waste subscription entries
• With or without reminders

Select the option that best matches your service and preference.

2. Download the iCal file

Click the relevant link, the file will download to your device.

3. Open the iCal file

Open the downloaded iCal file, it will automatically import into your default calendar app (such as Outlook, Apple Calendar or Google Calendar).

4. Check your calendar

Your bin collection dates will now appear as events.

If you selected a reminder option, you will also receive notifications ahead of each collection.
