The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the timetable for preparing documents to be included in the Local Plan. The Local Plan is a collections of documents which make up the statutory development plan for the Local Planning Authority (LPA). These include Development Plan Documents such as the Local Plan itself and Supplementary Planning documents which support and provide additional background for Local Plan policies.
