That it is agreed that the contract with Bellway Homes Limited be extended by six months to allow additional time to complete the disposal of the Council's access land

To allow sufficient time for completion the Section 106 Planning Agreement, issuing the Planning Consent Notice for the Grimson site and access land and the six week Judicial Review period (which is a six week period commencing on the date the Planning Consent Notice is issued), the Council will need to extend the contract with Bellway Homes by six months

In accordance with Minute 45 of the Meeting of Cabinet held on November 2017 Councillor John McKee, Cabinet Member for Corporate Transformation was consulted The portfolio of Corporate Service and Asset Management was renamed Corporate Transformation as part of the Leader's Scheme of Delegation for 2019/20 as reported to the Annual General meeting on May 21 2019 Councillor John McKee was consulted on January 27 2020 and approved the contract extension
