All stakeholders in the project have reviewed the tender documentation and process including Essex County Council, Haven gateway Partnership, the Council's Procurement Team, Asset Management and Braintree Enterprise Centre Tenants have also been informed On July 9 2018, 4.40 to 5.30 pm, in accordance with the requirements of the delegated decision, Councillor Tom Cunningham, Cabinet member for Economic Development was consulted and his views were that he is satisfied with the approach to tender and that the tender should proceed
