6. The Common Seal of the Council - Constitution - Chapter 1, The Articles

6.1.  The Common Seal of the Council shall be kept in a safe place in the custody of the Head of Governance. A decision of the Council, or of any part of it, will be sufficient authority for sealing any document necessary to give effect to the decision.

6.2.  The Common Seal shall be affixed to those documents which in the opinion of the Head of Governance should be sealed.

6.3.  The affixing of the Common Seal will be attested by the Head of Governance or some other person authorised by them.

6.4.  Deeds to be executed under hand shall be attested by the Head of Governance or some other person authorised by them..
