5. Authentication of Documents - Constitution - Chapter 1, The Articles

5.1.  Where any document is necessary to any legal procedure or proceedings on behalf of the Council, it shall be signed by the Head of Governance or other person authorised by them, unless any enactment otherwise authorises or requires, or the Council has given requisite authority to some other person.

5.2.  The Head of Governance or such person authorised by them shall be the authorised officer to authenticate any document as being an official Council document or an official copy.
