2.1. The Policy Framework means the following plans and strategies to be approved by Full Council.
2.1.1. Sustainable Community Strategy
2.1.2. Local Plan
2.1.3. Corporate Strategy
2.1.4. Medium Term Financial Strategy
2.1.5. Crime and Disorder Annual Partnership Plan
2.1.6. Licensing Policy Statement (Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005)
2.1.7. other plans and Strategies are approved by Cabinet in accordance with the local choice functions set out in Schedule 2 to the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 2000.
