2.1. The Independent Remuneration Panel will perform the duties and responsibilities as described in the Local Authorities (Members’ Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003.
2.2. The Panel will comprise of 5 members who will be recruited in accordance with the statutory requirements.
- Advice on the Constitution can be obtained from the Monitoring Officer or the Governance and Members Team.
