1.1. The Council will exercise all its powers and duties in accordance with the law and this Constitution.
1.2. This Constitution comprising the Articles, the Delegation of Functions, the Procedure Rules, Codes, Protocols and Schemes as set out in Chapters 1 – 3 inclusive, is the Constitution of Braintree District Council.
