concession information including benefit entitlement if needed

carry out your Pest Control treatment
contact you if there is a problem
if we need more information about your Pest Control treatment

If you don't provide the information we need, we won't be able to carry out your treatment.

We process your data to perform a public task.

We need the information you provide to meet our statutory duty under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

We process your data for the performance of a contract and carry out your pest control treatment.

We process your data where you have given us your explicit consent.
Providing accurate information
It is important that we hold accurate and up to date information about you. This helps us assess your needs and deliver appropriate services.

You must tell us immediately if any of your details change so that we can update your records.

fail to disclose changes in circumstances

We keep the personal information you provide for a Pest Control treatment for two years after we have completed the service.

After this time, we destroy your information in a secure way.
