manage your Community Transport membership

provide reports on the use of the Community Transport schemes
help us check and develop our services.

We don't include any information in our statistics that someone can use to identify you.

We process your data to perform a public task.

We need the information you provide to make sure we use the right transport for your health and medical needs.

We process your data where you have given us your explicit consent.
Providing accurate information
It is important that we hold accurate and up to date information about you. This helps us assess your needs and deliver appropriate services.

You must tell us immediately if any of your details change so that we can update your records.

Sharing information
We share your information with the volunteer drivers providing you with transport. We do this to make sure they know what support you need.

If we need to disclose sensitive information, we will only do so
once we have got your explicit consent

We may disclose information when necessary to prevent risk of harm to an individual. All our staff have a legal responsibility to report safeguarding issues and concerns. This may involve sharing your personal information.

We will only disclose information to other organisations if we have a legal duty to release data to:

protect public funds
Data retention
We only keep your data for as long as necessary.

We keep the personal information you provide for your Community Transport membership, for six years after you stop being a member.

After this time, we destroy your information in a secure way.
