Area summary

The Stisted Conservation Area was designated on 2 November1973.

On 15 April 1982, an amendment was made to:

  • Include Stisted Hall Park extending south and southwest from the village as far as the River Blackwater; Covenbrook Cottages, Stisted Mill and Mill Cottage in Kings Lane and the buildings both sides of the river in. Water Lane to be included.
