The Gosfield Conservation Area was designated on 5 May 1988.

• The centre of the village at the junction of Church Road and The Street;
• The area to the north along The Street to Delsarte House and including land to the east of The Street;
• The area to the west to include the Church and Gosfield Hall and the land between Church Road and Hall Drive;
• The area to the south along The Street to Gosfield Bridge.
