Brief summary and purpose of the grant
Social spaces. They offer biscuits, cakes and hot drinks free of charge. they also offer occasional fish and chips evenings which the community house subsidises. Four weekly costs of running the hub are around £320 during the winter but less in warm months. they have had a lot of expense this year with new emergency lighting system costing £7000. they are feeling the pinch.
